To lose weight, your body needs to be in a calorific deficit. This means taking in less calories than you burn off. There are two ways of dong this: 1. Reducing the calories you eat. 2. Increasing your metabolism through exercise.
This plan will be very effective in burning calories through strength, circuits and HIIT cardio workouts; but we recommend you also reduce your calorific intake to get the best results.
This plan has 3 stages of training, each lasting 2 weeks. This means every 2 weeks, workouts and exercises will change to push you harder and to further promote results.
