Bigger Glutes In 8 Weeks | GVT Training Plan:
Get bigger glutes in 8 weeks using German Volume Training. This plan is comprised of a variety of different resistance workouts which aim to promote hypertrophy using GVT.
This tried and tested training plan sees you progress through the weeks using the principle of progressive overload to build a rounder and more sculpted butt.
Be warned! This plan is difficult and workouts will be hard, but if you persist through the weeks, the gains will be phenomenal! This is the first GVT plan targeted specifically at adding size to the glutes, and we are really excited to have you involved!.
We have adapted the challenging GVT method to this epic, glute building plan. Weekly workouts are carefully structured so that you gradually increase the quantity of sets as you progress through the weeks. The extra stress on your muscle fibres will lead to continuous glutes growth throughout the 8 weeks, and the variety of accessory exercises will further sculpt the shape of each of the gluteals.
This plan includes access to our WhatsApp support group, so you can ask our team of personal trainers anything about your training or calorie intake to help you through the training weeks. All exercises are linked with video demonstrations by our male expert personal trainer.

Originally developed in Germany in the 70s, German volume training (GVT) was taken up by national weightlifting coaches and used primarily to bulk athletes up.
It is sometimes called the ‘Ten Sets Method’ the workout consisting of 10 sets of 10 reps with minimal rest between sets.
