This plan will build upper body & leg strength and shape, promote fat loss and make you feel great! The plan has been carefully put together with specific stretch and mobility routines to aid your training and recovery. This digital plan is suitable for all levels and was developed by Dejan - our Personal Trainer & bodyweight expert. All exercises and demonstrations are show by a male trainer. 

Combining circuit training, bodyweight strength exercises & plyometrics - the Bodyweight Plan 10 Weeks is ideal for those with limited access to equipment. For the plan you will need: a glute band, resistance band and a chair. 

Suitable for beginners and advanced athletes.
