Fit 4 Life - 10 Weeks Challenge

Better mobility, strength & flexibility

If you want to improve your joint health, movement and posture; this plan is for you. It is the most complete training plan on the market, allowing clients to focus on the health and longevity of their bodies; for less stiffness, a reduction of back pain, and a body you FEEL great in.

Each week you will complete: strength, mobility, flexibility, core stability, posture corrective and glute activation exercises.

Get Bigger Glutes - 8 Weeks Challenge

Get fuller and rounder gluteals & a stronger, curvier physique.

Using German Volume Training, this plan focuses on large amounts of volume for your big lifts to promote lots of muscle growth. You will be focusing on a range of booty building exercises to sculpt your gluteals from all angles. How much mass can you gain in 8 weeks?!

Muscle Gain - 8 Weeks Challenge

Add size to your upper and lower body

This plan focuses on German Volume Training, otherwise known as the 10 sets method. You will be completing high amounts of volume for compound lifts, to stimulate huge amounts of muscle growth. Expect tough weights sessions carefully structured to progressively overload each muscle group.

 

Suitable for men and women looking to add muscle mass to their chest, back, arms, shoulders and legs.
