Lean-Green Smoothies - Get Lean In 6 Weeks Recipe!

Two deliciously green smoothies, perfect for using with the 'Get Lean with HIIT in 6 Weeks' programme;  before training or as a recovery snack.

Using BULK POWDERS™ nutrition to optimise the nutritional value of the smoothies, here are two nutrient packed recipes to help you recover quickly and feel energised for each workout!

For both recipes, simply blend up all of the ingredients and serve in under 5 mins!


This smoothie is loaded with vitamins, detoxifying and protecting your body from cellular damage. Barley grass is known to strengthen you immune system allowing you to recover well along with the added protein powder.


1 scoop BULK POWDERS™ Pure Whey Isolate 90 or Hemp Protein

6g (3 scoops) BULK POWDERS™ Barley Grass Powder

 1 Kiwi fruit (skinned and diced)

1/2 an apple (diced)

A thumb sized piece of fresh ginger (skinned & chopped thinly)

200ml water

Squeeze of honey/agarve nectar
