After a workout there is nothing better than a delicious revitalising protein shake. This one is a creation of my own and is absolutely mint! It is a cocktail of both protein and carbohydrates, a mix necessary in order to elicit great hypertrophy training results. I recently showcased this shake on YouTube in Episode 3 of my Modern Physique series. It is such an easy shake to create and a perfect mixture of ingredients that will help you build lean muscle.
- 70G Rolled Oats
- 30G BULKPOWDERS INFORMED WHEY®
- 20G Almonds
- 10G Pumpkin Seeds
- 50G Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 250ML Whole Fat Milk
Just blend all of that up and consume!
