5 Minute High Protein Raw Energy Balls

In 5 minutes you could whip up these delicious protein energy balls, ideal as a post-workout snack for packing on lean muscle. Oh and they're totally vegan!

Store them in the fridge & snack on them when you are hungry - at home, work or immediately after your workout while you are still at the gym!

Serves: 12-14


  • 1¼ cup of quick cook oats
  • ¼ cup of coconut flakes
  • ½ cup of vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup of coconut flour
  • ⅓ cup of maple syrup
  • ½ cup of almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of mini chocolate chips
  • hemp seeds (optional)


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together well. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll into balls and set on a plate lined with parchment paper. Optional to roll each ball in hemp seeds. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
