Oreo Brownies

We always advocate a balanced diet at Let's Train and that means allowing yourself to indulge in moderation when it comes to our eating habits.

Here's a naughty chocolatey recipe from top food blogger and chef, Carolina Mangiatadamore that had our team craving more!

Ingredients:

300 gr dark chocolate
245 gr butter
6 eggs
245 gr sugar
60 gr flour 00
15 gr cocoa
180 gr oreo
Peanut butter

Method: 


Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave using a large bowl. Then add the eggs, one at a time, mixing them well into the mixture.

Sprinkle in the sugar and mix in. Then add the flour and cocoa whilst mixing constantly.

After the mix is thoroughly mixed, pour into a rectangular pan and place Oreo pieces (or use Mini Oreo) on top.


Cook in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Wait for it to cool and cut into squares and decorate with peanut butter.
