We love these quick and simple oat cookies from the lovely @sarawendie
They'll fill you up with slow release carbs, healthy fats and they taste delicious :)
Ingredients:
-140g oat flour
-50g oat flakes
-1 egg
-50/60g olive oil
-30g brown sugar
-vanilla extract
Method:
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and shape the dough into 5 big cookies.
Top with dark chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 15 minutes.
Enjoy as a healthy snack at any time throughout the day!
